From 12 to 18 years old the way to get rid of man boobs is simple: do nothing. It will be a complete waste of time trying to lose man boobs at that age. If you are older than 18, let’s say from 18 to 25, there are two reasons for which you can have a large breast. They’re called gynecomastia and pseudogynecomastia.
Gynecomastia is having man boobs due to hormone problems. Pseudogynecomastia is man boobs due to fat. This is in fact always associated with a fat belly and fat in other parts of the body.
Gynecomastia can be reduced with drugs and surgery. Pseudogynecomastia can be reduced the same way as you would reduce “normal” fat: diet and exercise.

In this article let’s focus on reducing man boobs caused by fat (remember that’s called pseudogynecomastia). Diets and exercise do a lot about this but dieting and exercising need a lot of self discipline. I’m sure that if you really want to lose man boobs you’re ready to be very steady in your intention. We all know the feeling when you can’t do activities that involve taking off your shirt or having to wear under armors, compressing garments or two shirts. Assumed that you are convinced to go on diet, don’t just start by yourself. Don’t make up your own diet because you could even worsen your problem. Go visit an endocrine, have him analyze your case and submit you a balanced diet. It might be a long journey, but eventually you’ll get rid of man boobs
Both with a diet you can exercise. This is something you can do at your own pace. You can do aerobic training such as walking, jogging, skiing and step to convert fat into energy. This is the great thing about aerobic exercise, that does tremendously well to reduce man boobs. And you can exercise anaerobically. A good anaerobic exercise for man boobs is incline bench press. Train your upper chest a lot, do chest workout like crazy and eventually the fat will disappear, but follow also this good tip that most ignore: exercise your shoulders and neck also. If you do that, the skin that covers your man boobs will tighten around you upper chest and won’t have that flabby look we all want to avoid.
